Kane Williamson is a kiwi (New Zealander) cricketer and the captain of New Zealand national cricket team in all format since 2016. He is a right handed batsman and a part time right arm off spin bowler (bowls mostly in test). He was also the New Zealand under-19 national cricket team captain in the year 2008. Durinh his captaincy in 2019 ICC cricket world cup, he held led the New Zealand team to the finals losing from England in the super over. He made his test debut on 4th November 2010 vs India; ODI debut on 10 August 2010 vs India and T20 debut on 16 October 2011 vs Zimbabwe. He is also known by many names Kiwi Kane, Hurricane, Steady The Ship, Master Kiwi, Blackcaps Master and many more names. He is the coolest captain in the world. He represented 2011, 2015 and 2019 ICC World Cup and 2012, 2014 and 2016 ICC world Twenty20. He was awarded the player of the tournament award in 2019 Cricket World Cup from his childhood inspirational player 'Sachin Tendulkar'. He is one of the batsman in Fab four with Steve Smith, Joe Root and Virat Kohli. He has 21 test and 13 ODI centuries but no T20 centuries.

In IPL, he has been signed by Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). He has been playing for SRH since 2016 and in that season SRH won the IPL title.In 2018, he was made the captain of SRH replacing David Warner. He also won orange cap for scoring most runs in 2018 IPL. He was named in the IPL XI of the tournament. Under his captaincy, SRH went to the finals in the year 1018 defeated by CSK.
