  Caribbean Premier League  (CPL) The Caribbean Premier League is a Twenty20 domestic cricket tournaments held in Caribbean. It was founded in the year 2013 by Cricket West Indies. The current sponsor of  CPL is Republic Bank Limited and thus named as ' Republic Bank CPL '.  It is played in the double round robin format and playoffs. Six (6) teams from across the country takes part in the league.  The champions of the inaugural season of CPL was ' Jamaica Tallawahs '. The current champions of CPL is ' Guyana Amazon Warriors ' and the most successful team of the tournament so far is ' Trinbago Knight Riders '  having 4 titles.
