She is a right handed top order batswoman. She made her test debut on 14 January 2002 v.s. England; made her ODI debut on 26 June 1999 v.s. Ireland ( scoring her 1st century in her 1st ODI ) and made her T20 debut on 5 August 2006 v.s. England. She took retirement from T20 in September 2019. She is nicknamed as the 'Lady Tendulkar of Indian Women Cricket' as she is currently the all time leading run scorer for India in all formats in Test, T20 and ODI.
